This particular Enbar tool has a small magnet, extending 7″ to 30″, handy to have around when you need a magnetic hand. While work on the Jeep, from time to time, a screw or bolt might find it’s way in an area where my fingers and arms simply can’t reach. Also, the fingers lack magnetism to pick up 1″ to 2.5″ bolts, tucked down in front framing tubes (recently ‘lost’ down in the front tubing area, when changing out the headlamps… recovered a star screw, multiple times; just wasn’t a good day to tinker on the Jeep).
